So a couple days ago this billboard was put up in Minnesota (click for larger image). It stirred up a lot of controversy and hoopla on the net regarding its authenticity and who the hell put it up in the first place. Well, one, it’s real. Two, “a group of small business owners who feel like Washington is against them” bought it…according to NPR.
