According to Wikipedia, “birthers” question the legitimacy of Pres. Barack Obama’s citizenship and his eligibility to be President. Some allege that Obama was born inKenya, not Hawaii, and that his birth certificate is a forgery. Others allege that Obama is a citizen of Indonesia. Both claim that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States, which is a requirement to be President of the United States under Article Two of the United States Constitution.
It doesn’t help at all that Obama’s first executive order as president was to seal all his past records. Now people have a million and one questions with no answers. These are essentially the main inquiries presented by “birthers”:
In regards to his former name, Barry Soetoro…Obama was named that by his step-father in order to attend public school in Indonesia. According to the Washington Post, the president’s mother moved him to the country from Hawaii after marrying Obama’s Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, the father of Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng.
Interestingly enough, Obama called into a radio show under the disguise of the caller “Barry from DC”. Watch this short video of the call:
Lou Dobbs, and many many many other (mostly conservative) media personalities have called on Obama to produce his original birth certificate or a copy. To this date, neither has been produced. Law suits have been filed and the “birther” legislation has been put in place for all future presidents.

Just one question: If this is such a mystery wouldn’t it be addressed by the Judicial branch of the U.S.A.?
The legibility of candidacy of Presidency is not taken lightly and is certified by the Supreme Court, who upholds the Constitution and via the check and balance system makes sure everything pertaining to it is thoroughly pertinent.
And to otherwise question it, discredits the Constitutional responsibility of the Supreme Court and indirectly make a mockery of the Constitution.

And President Obama is not the first President of the U.S. to choose to seal his records so that shouldn’t even be a big deal. Yea…he is the President of U.S., but even he is entitled to certain degree of privacy just like anyone of us (even though it’s very much limited in compare to the common man).
