My honest opinion, she did a good job rallying the everyday, hardworking Republican American (majority of the crowd) behind emotionally charged subject matter. However, I feel as though many of her statements lacked any evidence or credible reference…deeming them rash and unverified. In addition, the manner of which she chose to criticize the Obama administration was tasteless and disrespectful. Not a great speech. Would expect this from a local construction worker, not a former Vice Presidential candidate. Step your game up Mrs. P! This is one place where a passing grade is NOT good enough.

So honestly i haven’t listened to this speech or for that matter any of her other ones since the presidential election so what i might have to say may seem outdated…but after looking over @drdapo analysis of it, it seems like nothing has much changed so doesn’t matter either way. But anyway i am going to refrain from commenting on it until i have updated myself by finding the time to listen to her speech (that’s only if i really force myself to). What i do want to mention is how open-minded ‘we’ all are that ‘we’ keep looking for something from her, that our expectations for her are always there even though each time it’s been a failure. For myself, first it was ‘wow…good we have more women running for the higher offices’…but then after what she had to deliver…it just became an amusement.
Now the reason for the ‘we’ in quotations…this is more pertaining to the opposite gender who are finding themselves very much ‘interested’ in what she has to say and their optimism for her. My theory is that they are attracted to/like how she represents her ‘package.’ And she is good at it…she def. understands the rules and how the game of politics is played. In plitics it’s all about how you present yourself…etitquettes of politics…and then once you pass, then people will pay attention to what you have to say. But for her…she passes for the presentation, but repeatedly fails in outlaying her agenda…yet there is something that leads the men to say ‘yea, she had nothing to say but d*** she looked good though…’ maybe @drdapo can further explain this.
This also brings to my other question/assumption: Is this the real reason why she represents herself as a ‘conservative’ affiliated with the Republican/The Tea Party? I sincerely believe she knows what’s good for her and is ‘monopolizing’ on it. Based on we all know what the Republican Party mostly consist of and then it’s her…put the two together…see where i am going with this. Maybe this is also something that @drdapo can explain with his keen political insight.
Okay now i feel like i am moving towards a direction that could most likely get out of hand…afraid my ‘honesty’ once unleashed will not be restrained…so gonna save it for next time…who knows maybe when i have ‘updated’ myself…hahahahaaahhaaa!!!
