If you missed it, ABC gave Janet Jackson a primetime opportunity to discuss her brother’s death as well as to give her perspective on his drug problem and his physician’s role in the homicide (ruled homicide by coroner).
The interview starts with a glimpse of Jackson’s California home, which looks more like a resort than anything else. Sick! A few parts were boring, but the main bits you need to know are:
1) she holds Michael’s physician responsible
2) she loves/loved her brother
3) she’s only speaking to promote her new album
In response to #1, I think the entire Jackson family is responsible for Michael’s death. They completely left him out to dry. Yes, he was a bit different…but who isn’t??? He’s family. I don’t care if my brother murdered 100 people…I will visit him in jail every opportunity I get. There’s nothing worse than being abandoned by your family and I think that’s what the Jackson’s did to Mike. His spirit died a long time ago, his body was just a bit late to follow suit.

I agree with you on the his family abandoned him!
yea man. they left MJ out to dry like a pair of swim trunks.
Man this is so depressing…back back back in the day i used to have such respect and looked up to JJ, but now i just feel sad for her.
She has had so much going for her right from the beginning, but seems like she never realized that or seemed always so confused. Seemed like in the 90s she finally got something going for her and then she messes that up…such talent…no definite direction..SMH!!!
And i have never seen her be a support for her brother, but have kept him at a distance, even though MJ have been there for her. It’s ridiculous!!!
And now after his death…all they can argue about still is whose at fault and what not…can u please just for the sake of his kids leave his death at peace…and instead if any promotion is needed to benefit u would be to promote the movie (which i still can’t wait to see)…
Simply spoiled by the limelight and look what it got her: nothing…
Anyway, about MJ I completely agree with how is family kinda really just disowned him. Whatever happen to blood being thicker then water and all that B.S. Right from the beginning, his family have not really been there for him…and i don’t know why…i would be proud to know someone as talented as him. Well, I am glad the only thing that did remain true for him was his first love and that’s the love of music. Through his music u can feel his whole life…and WOW what great music!!! We all love MJ, honored by what he has given us and may he rest in peace!!!
It’s funny b/c the first time i heard about MJ was not from anyone American or his music BUT from all people it was from my mom! My mom is not into or know anything about American music or anything…so imagine my surprise when she told me about MJ. I consider her a true MJ fan…even though she might not, since she doesn’t even know what a fan is and has never followed his music except the earlier singles…but whenever MJ would be brought in the news…she would always unknowingly have something encouraging or supportive to say for him and whatever the troubled situation he maybe going through at that time.
I brought this up b/c I wanted to portray the legacy of MJ and how he has unknowingly touched the hearts of people that others would have least expected…THANK YOU!!!
